If you’re looking for a beachfront accommodation in Camiguin, you might want to check out the newest kid on the block – Camiguin White Island Beach Resort. I hate to say this but if I may reiterate, Paras Beach Resort is not the only beachfront accommodation in Brgy. Yumbing. In fact, Paras seems to look a bit tired already as it is one of the firsts accommodations in Camiguin.
Camiguin White Island Resort is just a few meters away from Paras Beach Resort, right after Johnny’s Dive Shop. It is almost infront of Paguia’s and Pabua’s Cottages. It also walking distance from the port where boats bound to White Island are, so this can help you save on transportation cost as you won’t need tp rent or ride a multicab from your resort. There are also a lot of eateries and barbecue places a few meters away.
The rooms are clean and new, and are complete with aircon, shower, cable TV and high speed wireless internet.

Our room, priced at Php 1,000, can comfortably accommodate up to four people. It does not feel cramped at all despite having full-sized beds and thick mattresses.

The bathroom is spacious, too, though the resort does not provide toiletries so make sure you bring your own. There is no hot shower, too, but you can request for hot water from the resort’s owner whose house is just within the compound.

There is also a big room at the second floor of the beachfront house where big groups can stay. There are no beds but extra thick mattresses are provided. The room can accommodate six to eight people. It also has its own toilet and bath.
